مقالات با ارائه شفاهی:

ارائه دهندگان لازم است یک فایل پاورپوینت (حداقل 10 و حداکثر 15 اسلایدی) مطابق با الگوهای قرار داده شده در ذیل، تهیه کنند.

پس از تهیه فایل پاورپوینت لازم است یک ویدیوی از روی فایل پاورپوینت با فرمت mp4 و حداکثر 10 دقیقه ای آماده گردد.

برای ساخت ویدیو می توانید از نرم افزار پاورپوینت و یا نرم افزار ZD Soft Screen Recorder استفاده کنید.

لازم به ذکر است ویدئوی ارائه باید به زبان انگلیسی آماده شود.

پس از تهیه ویدئو درصورتیکه حجم آن بالاتر از 25 مگا بایت باشد، لازم است با استفاده از نرم افزارهای کاهش حجم، مانند Free Video Compressor حجم ویدئو را حتما به 25 مگا بایت تقلیل دهید.

پس از نهایی کردن ویدئو لازم است فایل ویدئوی ارائه خود را در بخش مقالات خود بارگذاری کنید. لازم به ذکر است مهلت ارسال فایل ویدئو تا 3 بهمن 1401 می باشد.

در روز کنفرانس مطابق با برنامه ارائه مقالات که در سایت کنفرانس اطلاع رسانی خواهد شد، لازم است نویسنده اول یا نویسنده مسئول مقاله در نشست مقاله مربوطه که بر بستر آنلاین سامانه ویانا دنشگاه صنعتی نوشیروانی بابل برگزار می گردد، حضور داشته باشد.

فایل ویدئوی مقاله که قبلا بارگذاری شده است توسط رئیس نشست پخش می شود و سپس نویسنده لازم است به مدت 5دقیقه برای پرسش و پاسخ مشارکت داشته باشد.

حضور نویسنده اول یا نویسنده مسئول مقاله در زمان برگزاری نشست الزامی است و صدور گواهی ارائه مقاله منوط به حضور ایشان می باشد.

The presence of the first author or the responsible author of the article is mandatory during the meeting, and the issuance of the certificate of presentation of the article depends on their presence.
